About us:

We are a group of Physiotherapists specifically trained
in Women’s health, fitness and well-being.

We recommend scheduling a Real Time Ultrasound physiotherapy assessment prior to commencing or re-commencing your fitness program, so that you can see immediately how to strengthen your abdominals and pelvic floor correctly (both pre and post-natal)!

Mums & Bubs Classes

Mums & Bubs classes are suitable once you have had your 6 week post natal check with your Doctor or Midwife. 

 

If you are either not yet ready for classes and/or prefer to exercise at different times, our physiotherapist supervised Gym Sessions may suit you best!  Ask our Receptionist for details and/or to book your pre-exercise screening session with one of our physiotherapists!

Class details:

·        The class is available on Thursdays (Check class page for times).

·        Class size is small to ensure close supervision of exercises -- with no more than six mums in a class.  Bring your baby along! (If under 6 months).

·        The classes run as a 6 week course to enable progression of exercises. There may be an opportunity to retest your muscles using Real Time Ultrasound at the end of the 6 weeks to see how much you have improved!

·         It is essential to book a pre-exercise screening before starting these classes and classes must be pre-booked.

       ·         Our Mums & Bubs class is run at "SeaBeyond," our yoga studio
                        located at 90-92 Marine Parade, Maroubra.

 

·         1:1 private pilates sessions are also available at Seabeyond and PPFC by appointment.

·         Physiotherapy Gym Sessions allow you to do a customised exercise program in small groups of 4-5 at our Randwick Clinic (supervised by your physiotherapist).
