If you are a Health Professional, these exercise pads will be a useful resource for you. Each clearly illustrates a series of exercises and stretches that are used daily in the clinic. Colour photographs and clear descriptions make it easy for your patients to follow.
You simply tear off a sheet from the appropriate pad and give it to your patient. This saves a lot of time drawing stick figures and diagrams. There are eight different exercise pads, with 50 sheets on each pad:
