We combine hands on treatment with the latest technology (Real Time Ultrasound Imaging) to help you see if you are doing your stability work correctly to stop your pain returning. You have a choice of continuing to work with us in either our PGS (Physiotherapy Gym Sessions) or in one of our popular classes. Francine St George has written a number of books and produced DVD’s so that you can keep doing your exercises in between your gym or treatment sessions with us ( please go to our Products page for more information ) We also offer:
